Wendy Mackay

I am a Managing Director at Pollination Group, working with investors, businesses, governments and the broader community to accelerate the transition to a net zero, nature positive future.

I was previously a Managing Director and Partner in BCG’s Sydney office where I led BCG’s Social Impact, Climate and Sustainability work in Australia and New Zealand. I also worked with financial institutions on a range of strategic, organisational and operational issues.

I returned to BCG in 2016 after holding a number of senior strategy and corporate development roles at Stockland, one of Australia’s largest diversified property companies. I have also worked as a consultant advising corporate and government clients on environmental and sustainability issues.
