David has deep experience in international project development, having implemented multiple projects across the transport, energy, environment, urban and social development sectors in countries including India, China, Vietnam, PNG, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Malaysia and Mongolia.
David has directed projects for the World Bank and Asian Development Bank and has over 20 years experience in carbon markets, encompassing CDM and VCS projects. In Australia he has worked as a senior policy advisor to Governments in the delivery of carbon-neutral precincts and urban transformation projects, including Barangaroo (NSW), Bays Precinct (NSW) and Fishermans Bend (Victoria).
David holds qualifications in Public Policy, Urban Planning and Education.
