Join this important blue carbon webinar briefing with the Clean Energy Regulator’s (CER) Jenny Bradley from the Method Development Branch. The CER has now published the new, proposed methodology determination for public consultation.
The proposed method, which has involved significant industry co-design, would enable projects that store carbon in biomass and soils and avoid emissions through the establishment of coastal wetland ecosystems to generate Australian Carbon Credit Units.
This webinar will provide an update on the method development process and explore key themes for discussion during this public consultation period.
We’ll also hear from CMI’s Blue Carbon Taskforce Co-Chairs Lauren Drake and Adrian Enright on the opportunities, demand appetite and interventions to enable uptake of the method.
