This seminar will cover the application of directors’ duties in Australia to climate related disclosures, environmental markets and greenwashing. Designed for company directors and senior executives, the seminar aims to expand participants’ knowledge of the requisite legal standards and their practical application, drawing on regulatory guidance and recent jurisprudence.
