Virginia has served on the boards of Commonwealth and NSW government agencies and significant private sector investment companies.
For over a decade Virginia has focused on the stewardship and integrity of nationally important schemes and programs designed to deliver environmental, social and / or governance (ESG) outcomes – carbon sequestration, emissions reduction, renewable energy, biodiversity conversation, long term health care, workers compensation, superannuation and registered investment schemes.
Virginia currently serves on the boards of icare (Insurance and Care NSW) and the Perpetual Equity Investment Company Ltd.
Virginia also chairs the Australian Carbon Industry Code of Conduct (Code) Review Panel, the Bell Asset Management Compliance Committee and the Pinnacle Compliance Committee and she is a member of Future Super Group’s Risk and Investment Committees.
