Thomas Hodgson

Thomas is an Environmental Engineer and MBA with deep knowledge and experience of carbon regulatory schemes; the positioning of large emitters in these regulatory frameworks and innovations and opportunities to respond. He has built his career around understanding and solving the decarbonisation challenge. Regularly assisting companies to manage their risk, reduce regulatory burden and drive their decarbonisation agenda, Thomas is a trusted advisor to many of Australia’s largest companies across the NGER, ERF and SGM schemes and a regular contributor to media on the topic of the Safeguard Mechanism and carbon markets. Thomas leads the Industrial Solutions stream and strategically supports the Nature Based Solutions team.
