Jefferson Tan

I graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2014 with a BBA and a LLB, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore on August 2015 and as a solicitor admitted to the Senior Courts of England and Wales on February 2023. I work on non-contentious transactional matters (with a particular focus on finance).

I have a keen interest in legal research, and my areas of interest include banking law, corporate law, securities regulation and sustainable finance.

Outside of work, I enjoy belting the occasional tune (in a group of course) in my alumni choir, baking, and learning languages.
