At ANZ, I am privileged to lead a diverse team of more than 39,000 people across 34 markets, who work hard every day servicing over 8.5 million retail and business customers.

Our purpose at ANZ is to help shape a world where people and communities thrive and I am particularly proud that our organisation is purpose led.

I pursue diverse ideas to inform my thinking and am a big believer that we should favour simplicity over complexity in both life and work.

I’m an avid reader of books, Nordic crime noir and classics like Evelyn Waugh are favourites and I’m a self-confessed home handyman – enthusiastic but not always successful.

Throughout my 30 year banking career I’ve had the pleasure of working in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the America’s and Australasia and still love experiencing different cultures.

I am a proud Kiwi, born and raised in New Zealand.
