Zoe Sinclair

Zoe Sinclair is the manager of the International and markets team at the Climate Change Authority. In her current role, she coordinates the authority’s 2035 targets advice. She also provides expert advice on international developments, finance and carbon markets. Through her career, Zoe has worked on international and domestic climate policy. This has included participating in climate negotiations, international partnerships on nature-based solutions, and carbon farming methodologies.
