Rebecca Russell

I am a Managing Director and Partner in BCG’s Melbourne office and lead the Climate and Sustainability Practice for Australia and New Zealand. I am a core member of the Industrial Goods, Operations and Climate and Sustainability practices. I have deep expertise in strategy, operations, transformation, implementation and large capital projects.

Prior to joining the firm, I was a Director at the Victorian Government’s Department of Transport. I have also worked in engineering and construction as a senior engineer and project manager with AECOM. I have an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from The University of Melbourne.
